Poverty Alleviation: Generate local employment opportunities and eradicate poverty through Kudumbashree and the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS).
Sanitation and Health: Create micro-forests (Pachathuruthu), conduct pre-monsoon cleaning drives with public participation, and prevent the spread of infectious diseases.
